“I enjoy the team environment,” shares respiratory therapist Maeci Woolf, RRT, VABC, at Lovelace Medical Center. “We spend 12 hours a day with patients. The doctors involve us with their care. That’s one of the reasons I chose Lovelace. It is a happy place to work. Also, it is one of the few places that you get to know the C-suite. I know them and they know me by name. They have leadership rounding. Troy Greer, our CEO, was in the ICU recently talking to patients and employees. They really get involved. In recognition of National Women’s Health and Fitness Day, we would like to acknowledge all of the women who stay active and healthy in their daily lives. We know when being active, there is always the possibility of injury. At Lovelace Women’s Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation, we offer the SportsMetrics Injury Prevention Program, which focuses on the body mechanics used when jumping, whether for exercise or for sports. This program is designed for women of all ages, and works to strengthen the hamstrings and protect the knees through proper jumping exercises and stretching for flexibility. Lovelace Women’s Hospital was recognized as the 2015 Top Organization for Ardent Health Services, parent company to Lovelace Health System. Additionally, Lovelace Women’s Hospital CNO Sharon Prudhomme was recognized as the 2015 CNO of the Year for Ardent Health Services. To celebrate, Wednesday evening hospital staff and their families gathered at the Albuquerque BioPark Zoo for a BBQ dinner and outdoor zoo tours. Ardent Health Services President and CEO, David Vandewater, joined Lovelace Women’s Hospital executive leadership team - Sheri Milone, CEO; Paul Musgrave, CFO; Sharon Prudhomme, CNO; Misty Gordon, COO and Carol Shelton, HR Director.

Grace Mishkin, CNM, CFNP brings over 10 years of experience and specializes in primary care and women’s health. She received a BA from the University of Michigan.  She received her Master of Science in Nursing and her Nurse Midwifery certificate both from the University of New Mexico. Grace is fluent in Spanish and a member of the American College of Nurse Midwifery.  She is located at our Lovelace Women’s Hospital location at 4705 Montgomery Blvd NE.
